JPMorgan Files Pricing Supplement for Basket-Linked Notes Due in 2028
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has filed a preliminary pricing supplement for its Series A medium-term notes, specifically Enhanced Participation Basket-Linked Notes due in 2028. The notes, issued by JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., are set to mature on October 18, 2028, with a trade date around October 16, 2026. These notes do not bear interest, and their payout depends on the performance of an unequally weighted basket of five major stock indices, including the EURO STOXX 50® Index (40.00% weight), TOPIX® Index (25.00% weight), FTSE® 100 Index (17.00% weight), Swiss Market Index (11.00% weight), and S&P/ASX 200 Index (7.00% weight).
The final payout will be determined by the basket's performance from the trade date to the determination date. If the basket's final level exceeds the initial level, investors will receive a positive return based on the upside participation rate, expected to range between 1.56 and 1.83. Conversely, if the basket's level declines, investors may lose part or all of their investment. The estimated value of the notes is projected to be between $962.40 and $972.40 per $1,000 principal amount.
The notes will be sold initially at 100.00% of the principal amount, with an underwriting commission of up to 2.00%. Investors have the option to revoke their purchase offer before the notes are issued. The pricing supplement emphasizes that neither the SEC nor any other regulatory body has approved these securities, and they are not insured by any governmental agency.
Investors are advised to carefully review the accompanying prospectus and supplements to fully understand the terms and risks associated with these notes. The preliminary nature of this supplement means details could change before the final issuance.
