JPMorgan Introduces Apollo Global-Linked Notes with Contingent Interest
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co., has announced a structured financial product linked to the common stock of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (ticker: APO). The notes offer a Contingent Interest Rate of at least 16.50% per annum, paid quarterly at a rate of at least 4.125%, but only if the closing price of Apollo Global’s stock meets or exceeds the Interest Barrier on any of the specified Review Dates.
The Interest Barrier is set at 75.00% of the Initial Value, which is determined on the Pricing Date around October 15, 2026. The notes are scheduled to be issued on or about October 20, 2026, with a Maturity Date of October 3, 2029. If the stock price fails to meet the Interest Barrier, no Contingent Interest Payment will be made.
The product includes an Automatic Call feature: if the stock price meets or exceeds the Initial Value on any Review Date (except the final one), the notes will be automatically redeemed for $1,000 per note plus any applicable Contingent Interest Payment. If the notes are not called, the payment at maturity depends on the Final Value relative to the Trigger Value. If the Final Value is below the Trigger Value, investors could lose more than 25.00% of their principal, or even all of it.
The Review Dates and Interest Payment Dates are spread across quarterly intervals from December 31, 2026, to September 28, 2029, with adjustments possible in case of market disruptions or acceleration events.
