JPMorgan Introduces New Auto Callable Notes Linked to EAFE ETF and EURO STOXX 50
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced a new financial product: Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes. These structured investments are linked to the performance of the iShares® MSCI EAFE ETF and the EURO STOXX 50® Index, with a maturity date set for October 24, 2029. The notes are designed to offer early exit opportunities if the underlying assets perform well, with an automatic call date set for October 25, 2027. Investors stand to gain a premium if the closing values of both underlyings meet or exceed their initial values on the review date.
The notes also provide an uncapped return of 1.87 times any appreciation of the lesser-performing underlying asset, provided the notes are not automatically called. However, investors should be aware of the risks involved, including the potential loss of some or all of their principal at maturity. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, with payments fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The minimum denomination for these notes is $1,000, and they are expected to price on or about October 19, 2026, with settlement expected around October 22, 2026. The estimated value of the notes, if priced today, would be approximately $971.40 per $1,000 principal amount note, with a guarantee that this value will not be less than $900.00 at the time of pricing.
