JPMorgan Issues $1.939 Million in Digital Barrier Notes Linked to Russell 2000 and S&P 500 Indices

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued $1.939 million in digital barrier notes linked to the performance of the Russell 2000 Index and the S&P 500 Index.

The notes are fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., but come with a significant risk: if either index falls below its barrier amount, investors could lose all or some of their principal amount at maturity.

The notes offer a fixed return of 17.00% at maturity if the final value of both indices is greater than or equal to their respective barrier amounts.

The estimated value of the notes was $988.80 per $1,000 principal amount note when the terms were set on September 11, 2026.
