JPMorgan Issues $2.5 Million in Yield Notes Linked to Comcast and S&P 500

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued $2.5 million in Yield Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Class A Common Stock of Comcast Corporation and the S&P 500 Index, due September 21, 2028.

The notes will pay an interest rate of 11.02% per annum over their term, with monthly payments of 0.91833%. They are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Investors should be willing to accept the risk of losing a significant portion or all of their principal amount in exchange for interest payments.
