JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new product called Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index, with a total value of $670,000.
The notes are designed for investors who seek a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each quarterly Interest Review Date, as long as the closing level of the MerQube US Tech+ Vol Advantage Index is greater than or equal to 70.00% of its Initial Value.
If the closing level of the Index is above the Interest Barrier on any Interest Review Date, investors will receive a Contingent Interest Payment of $31.875 (equivalent to a Contingent Interest Rate of 12.75% per annum) plus any previously unpaid Contingent Interest Payments for prior Interest Review Dates.
