JPMorgan Issues Auto Callable Notes Linked to ATI Inc.
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes linked to the common stock of ATI Inc.
The notes, with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof, were priced on September 18, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about September 23, 2026. The CUSIP number for these notes is 46661MZW7.
Investors who purchase the notes will receive a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date for which the closing price of one share of ATI's common stock is greater than or equal to 50.00% of the Initial Value, which is $95.815. This payment is made in addition to any previously unpaid Contingent Interest Payments for prior Review Dates.
If the closing price of one share of ATI's common stock on any Review Date is greater than or equal to the Initial Value, the notes will be automatically called and investors will receive a cash payment equal to $1,000 plus the Contingent Interest Payment applicable to that Review Date plus any previously unpaid Contingent Interest Payments for prior Review Dates.
The estimated value of the notes was $958.90 per $1,000 principal amount note when the terms were set.
