JPMorgan Issues Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to Oracle and AMD Stocks
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued Callable Contingent Interest Notes linked to the lesser performing stock of Oracle Corporation and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and are priced at $695,000. They pay a contingent interest rate of 5.575% over the term of the notes, payable at a rate of 0.92917% per month.
If the closing price of one share of either Reference Stock on any Review Date is less than its Interest Barrier (50.00% of its Initial Value), no Contingent Interest Payment will be made with respect to that Review Date.
