JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued $1,040,000 in Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the American Depositary Shares of Sea Limited (ADS), the Common Stock of SoFi Technologies, Inc., and the Class A Common Stock of AST SpaceMobile, Inc.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and are designed for investors seeking a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date for which the closing price of one share of each Reference Stock is greater than or equal to 50.00% of its Initial Value, referred to as an Interest Barrier.

If the closing price of one share of each Reference Stock is greater than or equal to its Interest Barrier on any Review Date, investors will receive a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to that Review Date, plus any previously unpaid Contingent Interest Payments for prior Review Dates.
