JPMorgan Issues Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to Major US Stock Market Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes linked to three major US stock market indices: Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000, and S&P 500.
The notes offer a maximum return of up to 26% ($1,260 per $1,000 note) for NDX notes, 24.5% ($1,245 per $1,000 note) for RTY notes, and 18.25% ($1,182.50 per $1,000 note) for SPX notes.
The notes are designed to provide a return of 1.50 times any appreciation of the underlying index, up to a maximum return. However, investors should be aware that they may lose up to 90% of their principal if the final value is less than the initial value by more than the buffer amount.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and have a minimum denomination of $1,000. They priced on August 26, 2026, and are expected to settle on or about August 31, 2026.
