JPMorgan Issues Capped Notes Linked to Nasdaq-100, Dow Jones Industrial Average, and Russell 2000 Index

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new type of financial instrument called Capped Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Nasdaq-100 Index, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, and the Russell 2000 Index.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and have a maximum return of 60.25% at maturity on August 29, 2031.

The notes were priced on August 26, 2026, and will settle on or about August 31, 2026.

The payment at maturity for each $1,000 principal amount note is based on the Additional Amount, which may be zero and will not be greater than the Maximum Amount of $602.50.
