JPMorgan Issues Investment Notes Linked to Russell 2000 Index and Two Tech Indices

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has issued a new type of investment note that links to the performance of three major stock market indices. The notes are designed for investors who want early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on any review date, the closing value of each underlying index is at or above its call value.

The notes are linked to the Russell 2000 Index, the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector IndexSM, and the State Street Utilities Select Sector SPDR ETF. The call premiums for these indices are set at $1,000 plus 14.50%, $1,000 plus 21.75%, $1,000 plus 29.00%, $1,000 plus 36.25%, or $1,000 plus 43.50% per review date.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Investors should be aware that the notes are not bank deposits, are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other governmental agency, and are not obligations of, or guaranteed by, a bank.
