JPMorgan Issues Notes Linked to Top US Stock Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new type of financial instrument called Structured Investments, specifically Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq-100 Index, and the Russell 2000 Index.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and have a principal amount of $1,000 with a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof.
The notes are priced at $1,641,000 and will settle on or about September 21, 2026, with an estimated value of $979.60 per $1,000 principal amount note.
The payment at maturity is linked to the performance of each index individually, with a participation rate of 126% and a minimum repayment of 95% of the principal amount.
