JPMorgan Issues Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to Unequally Weighted Basket
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new financial instrument called Uncapped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to an Unequally Weighted Basket.
The notes are designed for investors who seek an uncapped return of at least 1.4275 times any appreciation of the unequally weighted basket consisting of the EURO STOXX 50 Index, the Nikkei 225 Index, the FTSE 100 Index, the Swiss Market Index, and the S&P/ASX 200 Index.
The EURO STOXX 50 Index makes up 40.00% of the Basket, so generally the market value of your notes and payment at maturity will depend to a greater extent on the performance of the EURO STOXX 50 Index.
Investors are warned that they should be willing to forgo interest and dividend payments and be willing to lose some or all of their principal amount at maturity. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will price on or about September 24, 2026 and settle on or about September 29, 2026. The estimated value of the notes would be approximately $992.90 per $1,000 principal amount note if priced today.
