JPMorgan Launches Auto Callable Notes Linked to EURO STOXX 50, iShares MSCI Brazil, and Japan ETFs
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched a new structured investment product called Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the EURO STOXX 50® Index, the iShares® MSCI Brazil ETF, and the iShares® MSCI Japan ETF. These notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes offer a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date for which the closing value of each of the EURO STOXX 50® Index, iShares® MSCI Brazil ETF, and the iShares® MSCI Japan ETF is greater than or equal to 70.00% of its Initial Value.
If the closing value of each Underlying is greater than or equal to its Interest Barrier on any Review Date, investors will receive, in addition to the Contingent Interest Payment with respect to that Review Date, any previously unpaid Contingent Interest Payments for prior Review Dates.
