JPMorgan Launches Auto Callable Notes Linked to Major US Indices
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has announced the launch of Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes, a structured investment product linked to the performance of three major U.S. indices: the Nasdaq-100 Index®, the Russell 2000® Index, and the S&P 500® Index. The notes, due October 12, 2029, are designed to offer investors the potential for early exit at a premium if the closing levels of all three indices meet or exceed their Call Value on the Review Date, which is October 14, 2027. The notes carry a minimum denomination of $1,000 and are expected to price on or about October 9, 2026, with settlement occurring on or about October 15, 2026.
The investment product provides an uncapped return of 1.50 times any appreciation of the least performing index at maturity, provided the notes have not been automatically called. However, investors should be aware that they will forgo interest and dividend payments and accept the risk of losing some or all of their principal amount at maturity. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., but payments are subject to the credit risk of both the issuer and the guarantor.
The notes are not linked to a basket of the indices but are tied to the performance of each index individually. The estimated value of the notes, if priced today, would be approximately $988.90 per $1,000 principal amount note. The actual estimated value will be provided in the pricing supplement and will not be less than $950.00 per $1,000 principal amount note. Investors are advised to review the risk factors outlined in the accompanying prospectus supplement and product supplement.
