JPMorgan Launches Auto Callable Notes Linked to Multi-Asset Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new financial product called Auto Callable Notes Linked to the J.P. Morgan Multi-Asset Index, which is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the company itself.
The notes are designed for investors seeking early exit prior to maturity at a premium if the index level reaches or exceeds the Call Value on any review date (excluding the final review date), with the earliest automatic call initiation possible in September 2027. They also offer uncapped, unleveraged exposure to any appreciation of the index at maturity, provided the notes have not been automatically called.
The minimum denomination for each note is $1,000, and the estimated value when terms were set was $923.50 per $1,000 principal amount note. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which is a direct, wholly owned finance subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Investors should be aware that the notes involve several risks, including credit risk and market disruption events, as described in the accompanying prospectus supplement. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) nor any state securities commission has approved or disapproved the notes, so any representation to the contrary is a criminal offense.
