JPMorgan Launches Auto Callable Notes Linked to Russell 2000 Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has unveiled plans for a new financial product: Auto Callable Accelerated Barrier Notes linked to the Russell 2000® Futures Excess Return Index. These notes, guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., are designed for investors seeking early exits or uncapped returns. The notes, priced at $1,000 each, will be issued by JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and are expected to settle on or about October 9, 2026, with a maturity date of October 12, 2032.
The notes offer an automatic call feature, which could be triggered as early as October 12, 2027. If the Russell 2000® Futures Excess Return Index meets or exceeds the Call Value on the Review Date, investors will receive their principal plus a premium. For those who hold the notes to maturity, there is potential for an uncapped return of 2.00 times any appreciation of the index, though this comes with significant risks, including the potential loss of principal.
Investors should be aware of the risks involved, including the possibility of losing a significant portion or all of their principal at maturity. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, with payments subject to the credit risk of both the issuer and the guarantor. The estimated value of the notes, if priced today, would be approximately $980.00 per $1,000 principal amount note.
The notes are not bank deposits, are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and are not obligations of a bank. They are offered pursuant to an exemption from regulation under the Commodity Exchange Act, meaning investors are not afforded any protection provided by that statute or its regulations.
