JPMorgan Launches Callable Market Linked Securities with Contingent Coupons
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched Market Linked Securities with contingent coupons and downside risk. The securities are tied to the lowest performing of three indices, with maturity set for April 4, 2030.
The principal amount is $1,000 per security, fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Contingent coupon payments are calculated quarterly at a minimum annual rate of 11.45%, payable only if the lowest performing index closes at or above its coupon threshold (70% of starting level) on every eligible trading day within the observation period.
If the lowest performing index’s final level on April 1, 2030, is at or above the 60% downside threshold, investors receive $1,000. If below, the payoff equals $1,000 plus $1,000 multiplied by the lowest performing index’s return, exposing investors to full downside risk below the threshold.
