JPMorgan Launches High-Risk Autocallable Notes Linked to Russell 2000 and EURO STOXX 50
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has unveiled a new financial product, the Trigger Autocallable Contingent Yield Notes, linked to the performance of the Russell 2000® Index and the EURO STOXX 50® Index. The offering, valued at $6,113,700, is set to mature on October 5, 2029. These notes are issued by JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes feature an autocallable structure, meaning they can be redeemed early if the underlying indices meet certain conditions. Investors will receive a contingent coupon payment if the closing levels of both indices on any quarterly observation date are equal to or greater than their respective coupon barriers. However, if the notes are not called early and the final value of either index falls below its downside threshold, investors risk losing part or all of their principal.
The product comes with significant risks, including market risk tied to the performance of the underlying indices and credit risk associated with JPMorgan Financial and JPMorgan Chase & Co. The notes are not listed on any securities exchange and require a minimum investment of $1,000.
The offering is scheduled to settle on October 7, 2026, with the first observation date beginning on April 2, 2027. Investors are advised to carefully consider the risks before purchasing these notes, as they are significantly riskier than conventional debt instruments.
