JPMorgan Launches Structured Notes Linked to EURO STOXX 50 Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced the issuance of $1,720,000 in Auto Callable Contingent Buffered Return Enhanced Notes linked to the EURO STOXX 50® Index. These notes, due October 5, 2028, are fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and offer investors a unique structured investment opportunity with both upside potential and downside protection.
The notes provide investors with an uncapped, leveraged exposure of 1.50 times any appreciation of the EURO STOXX 50® Index at maturity, provided they are not automatically called. The notes will be automatically called if the closing level of the index is greater than or equal to the Index Strike Level on the Review Date, currently set for October 13, 2027. If called, investors will receive $1,000 plus a call premium amount equal to 16.20% per note.
If the notes are not called and the Ending Index Level is less than the Index Strike Level by more than 20.00%, investors risk losing some or all of their principal amount at maturity. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, with payments subject to the credit risk of both the issuer and the guarantor. The minimum denomination for investment is $10,000, with integral multiples of $1,000 accepted.
The EURO STOXX 50® Index Strike Level is set at 6,269.02, based on the closing level of the index on September 30, 2026. The notes are set to mature on October 5, 2028, with a Valuation Date of October 2, 2028. Investors should be aware of the risks involved, as detailed in the accompanying prospectus.
