JPMorgan Launches Structured Notes Linked to Multi-Asset Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has unveiled a new structured investment product designed for investors seeking exposure to the J.P. Morgan Multi-Asset Index (MAX). The notes, due November 2, 2029, offer a fixed annual interest rate of 2.00% for the first two years, with no interest in the final year. Investors will receive full principal repayment at maturity, subject to the credit risk of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and its guarantor, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes are linked to the J.P. Morgan Multi-Asset Index, which reflects a 1.00% per annum daily deduction and tracks a dynamic portfolio of up to 10 excess return futures-based indices across equities, fixed income, and commodities. The participation rate is set at a minimum of 325.00%. The notes are expected to price on or about October 30, 2026, and settle on or about November 4, 2026, with a minimum denomination of $1,000.
