JPMorgan Lures Apollo Vet for Private Capital Advisory Push

JPMorgan Chase and Co. has made another key hire in its private capital advisory and solutions team, this time bringing on board market veteran Adriaan van der Knaap.

Van der Knaap joins the bank's PCAS team as a vice chair in New York, where he will focus on building relationships with institutional clients. He comes from Apollo Global Management Inc., where he spent eight years before making the move to JPMorgan.

The hire is part of the bank's ongoing expansion efforts in private capital advisory and solutions, which includes cultivating relationships with institutional clients and providing bespoke investment solutions.
