JPMorgan Names Mark O'Donovan as Next HR Chief Amid Leadership Shake-Up

JPMorgan Chase has announced that Mark O'Donovan will succeed Robin Leopold as its next head of human resources in January. O'Donovan, who is currently CEO of international consumer banking, has been with JPMorgan for over 30 years and has held various roles within the company.

Leopold, who is retiring after a four-decade career in banking, will work with O'Donovan on a transition during the first quarter of 2027. She joined JPMorgan Chase in 2010 and took the helm of HR in 2018.

O'Donovan's new role also means he'll become a member of JPMorgan's operating committee and relocate to New York City from London. He will report to Troy Rohrbaugh, one of two executives named co-president in June.
