JPMorgan Offers Uncapped Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to EURO STOXX 50 Index
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is offering Uncapped Accelerated Barrier Notes Linked to an Unequally Weighted Basket, which will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes are designed for investors who seek an uncapped return of at least 1.4275 times any appreciation of the basket consisting of the EURO STOXX 50® Index and the State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust.
The notes are expected to price on or about September 25, 2026, and settle on or about September 30, 2026. The minimum denomination is $1,000, and integral multiples thereof.
