JPMorgan Chase has increased its quarterly dividend by 10% to $1.65 per share, reflecting the bank's strong capital position and solid financial cushion.

The new payout will be made on October 31, 2026 to shareholders on record as of October 6, 2026, bringing the annualized payout to $6.60 per share.

With a dividend yield of about 1.9%, JPMorgan's move is seen as a positive signal for investors, who are looking for more cash returns from their investments.

The bank had already announced plans for the increase in June, along with a new $50 billion share buyback program.

JPMorgan posted strong second-quarter results, with revenue of $57.3 billion and net income of $21.2 billion, or diluted earnings of $7.70 per share, up from $5.24 a year earlier.

Looking ahead, analysts expect JPMorgan to report earnings of $5.83 per share in its third-quarter 2026 results, up from $5.07 a year earlier.
