JPMorgan Chase & Co. returns to Delaware's Chancery Court on Wednesday to argue against paying Charlie Javice's $74 million in legal fees.

The bank is asking the court to stay enforcement of a previous ruling by Magistrate Christian Douglas Wright, who found that JPMorgan had failed to show that Javice's fees were excessive.

Javice v. JPMorgan, No. 2022-1179, and Amar v. JPMorgan, No. 2023-0040, are set for a hearing on September 2, 2026.
