Nvidia Sees $1 Trillion Horizon Amid Explosive Growth
Nvidia's latest earnings have sent its stock soaring towards an all-time high. The company has guided for 70% revenue growth next fiscal year, putting it on track to become the first business in history to reach $1 trillion in annual sales.
In just a few years, Nvidia has transformed from a relatively small chipmaker with under $100 billion in revenue to a behemoth with a market cap of over $5.5 trillion.
The company's impressive growth is driven by insatiable demand for its AI computer chip systems from cloud providers and neoclouds like Space Exploration Technologies, as well as price hikes.
Nvidia's guidance for 70% revenue growth next fiscal year means it will likely generate $700 billion to $800 billion in sales. If this pace continues, the company could reach $1 trillion in revenue by 2029 with just 40% revenue growth.
