JPMorgan Taps Deutsche Bank Vet as Head of Mid-Cap Basic Materials
JPMorgan Chase has made a significant hire in its investment banking division. Ward Jones, who previously served as head of building products investment banking for the Americas at Deutsche Bank, will join JPMorgan as the head of Mid-Cap Basic Materials Investment Banking.
According to an internal memo seen by Reuters, Jones will focus on building products, distribution, and paper and packaging companies from New York. He will report directly to Joe DeBarbrie and Dave Khalsa, co-heads of mid-cap diversified industries investment banking.
Jones has extensive experience in the industry, having previously held roles at Credit Suisse and Citigroup.
