JPMorgan Unveils Terms for S&P 500 Capped Buffered Enhanced Notes
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has filed a free writing prospectus outlining the terms of its 15-month S&P 500 Capped Buffered Enhanced Notes. The notes will have a pricing date of October 30, 2026, and maturity on February 3, 2028.
The notes feature a 2.00x upside leverage factor on any positive S&P 500 returns, capped by a Maximum Return ranging from 11.75% to 15.75%, which will be finalized on the Pricing Date. This means that if the S&P 500 performs well, investors can potentially double their returns up to the maximum cap.
The notes also include a buffer protection of 10.00%, ensuring that investors receive full principal repayment if the S&P 500 declines by up to 10.00% from its Initial Value. For losses beyond this buffer, investors incur a 1% principal loss for every 1% drop, with a maximum loss capped at $900 per $1,000 note.
