JPMorganChase Exec Joins Opportunity Resource Fund Board
Opportunity Resource Fund (ORF), a Detroit-based nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), has strengthened its board of directors with the addition of Katrina Chaves, vice president of global philanthropy at JPMorganChase. ORF's mission is to expand access to capital and create pathways to economic opportunity for underserved communities in Michigan.
According to Sheilah P. Clay, board chair of ORF, 'Katrina brings exceptional experience in community development, housing, and strategic partnerships.' Chaves has led strategic philanthropic investments and partnerships across Michigan and Canada focused on advancing economic mobility and expanding opportunity at JPMorganChase.
