JPMorganChase Promotes Pooja Lalchandani to Executive Director Role
Pooja Lalchandani has been promoted to Executive Director at JPMorganChase, overseeing Fraud Prevention and Disputes operations in India and the Philippines. She will also be responsible for shared accountability across locations in the United States.
Lalchandani's new role includes P&L ownership, SLA performance, customer and employee engagement, and operational excellence across the region. She will partner with Product and Technology teams to enable and scale AI-driven solutions, focusing on innovation, bad-demand reduction, and operational transformation.
In her previous roles at JPMorganChase, Lalchandani served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President, Division Leader within the Fraud Risk Management function. Her career trajectory has expanded from frontline operations to fraud prevention and large-scale operations.
