JPMorganChase Taps Sigrid R as Asia-Pacific Head of AI Capabilities
JPMorganChase has appointed Sigrid R as the Regional Head of AI Capabilities for the Asia-Pacific region. In this new role, Sigrid will focus on translating regional business needs into practical artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
Sigrid brings extensive experience in AI and data science to her position at JPMorganChase, having previously served as Global Chief AI Officer at EFG Private Bank from January 2024 to May 2026. Prior to that, she spent three years at Credit Suisse, where she held the role of Global Head of Data Science & Analytics & AI Solutions (Executive Director) from July 2022 to January 2024 and Head of APAC Data & Analytics Solutions from February 2021 to June 2022.
Sigrid will work with teams globally to develop applications aimed at creating impact for the bank's business units and clients. She is also a member of the AI Ethics & Governance Committee at the Singapore Computer Society and serves as a Data Analytics Advisory Member at Singapore Management University.
