Kaufman County Sheriff's Office Apprehends Robbery Suspect 'Tank' in Forney

The Kaufman County Sheriff's Office has apprehended a suspect in connection with a reported robbery at the Forney Quick Mart - Chevron.

On September 15, 2026, at approximately 8:16 p.m., deputies responded to the incident and identified the suspect as Tamarvion Emeory, also known by the nickname 'Tank.'

According to investigators, the suspect physically confronted a store clerk, pushing them and issuing threats before fleeing the scene.

The investigation led authorities to confirm Emeory's identity and locate him. He had an active warrant for robbery issued through the Kaufman County Sheriff's Office prior to his apprehension.
