Kazia Therapeutics Switches ADR Depositary to JPMorgan
Kazia Therapeutics has announced that it is switching its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) depositary to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. The change will take effect on September 18, 2026, and is expected to be seamless for existing ADS holders.
The new deposit agreement, known as the Second Amended and Restated Deposit Agreement, will have JPMorgan issuing American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 500 ordinary shares. The ADSs will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the KZIA ticker.
Kazia is reinforcing its U.S. capital markets presence by updating its ADR infrastructure and deposit agreement. This move should provide continuity for investors in its Nasdaq-listed securities.
