Kazia Therapeutics Switches ADR Depositary to JPMorgan

Kazia Therapeutics Limited has appointed JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as its new depositary for its American Depositary Receipt program.

The company announced this change on September 18, 2026, replacing The Bank of New York Mellon.

JPMorgan will issue American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing 500 ordinary shares, which will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the KZIA ticker.

Kazia Therapeutics stated that the transition is expected to be seamless and that existing ADS holders can maintain their positions without interruption or immediate action required.
