Keep Live Transforms Note-Taking with Conversational Capabilities
Google Keep has long been a staple on Parth's phone, but it wasn't until the introduction of Gemini Live that he began to use it in a more efficient way. The conversational layer built on top of Keep Notes allows users to speak naturally and let Gemini organize their thoughts into actionable notes and lists.
Traditional dictation often involves writing down every sentence, but Keep Live tries to understand what the user is trying to create, structuring their thoughts into a cleaner note or list. This has eliminated the need for Parth to think about formatting before speaking, allowing him to simply talk to Keep Live as he would to an assistant.
With Keep Live, users can ask the feature to create itineraries, split notes, and even add new information to existing ones without having to open the regular Keep editor. While there are still some rough edges, such as the inability to set reminders for notes, Parth finds the first version of Keep Live impressive.
