Kimelman & Baird LLC Snaps Up Over $64 Million in Amazon Shares

Kimelman & Baird LLC has purchased a significant number of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) shares, valued at approximately $64.876 million.

The fund acquired 272,198 shares during the second quarter, making it the company's fifth-largest holding, accounting for 3.5% of its investment portfolio.

A number of other hedge funds have also increased their stakes in Amazon.com, including Auto Owners Insurance Co., which lifted its holdings by an astonishing 27,376.7% during the fourth quarter, now owning 98,448,885 shares worth $2.272 billion.

Bank of America Corp DE and Bank of New York Mellon Corp have also acquired new positions in Amazon.com, valued at $22.218 billion and $16.341 billion, respectively.
