KLM's Singapore-Denpasar Route Soars with Smooth Operations
The Boeing 777-300ER operated by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (KL) flight 835 from Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar, Bali, on August 24 was a seamless experience.
Boarding at gate C22 in Terminal 1 of the renowned airport was easy and well-managed. The gate security process moved without friction, allowing passengers to board calmly and organizedly, consistent with Changi's reputation for smooth passenger handling.
The aircraft, PH-BVO, had a clean and modern feel, suggesting recent refurbishment. Seat 41A on the left side of the plane was entirely comfortable for a sector of this length.
KL 835 pushed back 11 minutes ahead of schedule at 16:49 local time and made landfall over Indonesia after crossing the Java Sea. The flight attendants did not pass out earbuds during boarding, so passengers either brought their own or listened to music instead.
KLM offered a meal service on the sector, which included a well-seasoned curry with rice as the main dish, accompanied by a pistachio chocolate cake that was the standout of the meal. The crew provided a second dessert without hesitation when asked.
