KromAmericas Acquires American Flame Monitoring
KromAmericas, a company that distributes Kromschröder combustion and control products in North America, has announced its acquisition of American Flame Monitoring (AFM), a Texas-based distributor specializing in Honeywell Industrial Flame Monitoring products.
The acquisition marks the first for KromAmericas, which was founded in 2020. AFM, on the other hand, was established in 2021 and serves as a North American Master Distributor for Honeywell's flame monitoring products.
Chris Gordon, General Manager of KromAmericas, said that both companies have built their businesses around having the right products available and delivering strong customer and technical support. He expressed excitement about the opportunities created by the acquisition for customers, partners, and teams alike.
