KromAmericas Expands Industrial Combustion Reach with American Flame Monitoring Acquisition
KromAmericas has acquired American Flame Monitoring, expanding its presence in the industrial combustion market. The acquisition brings together two companies that share a focus on product availability and technical expertise.
According to KromAmericas' press release, the deal is the first acquisition completed by the company. Founded in 2020, KromAmericas has been providing North American customers with access to Kromschröder combustion and control products. The addition of American Flame Monitoring's Honeywell Industrial Flame Monitoring products complements KromAmericas' existing portfolio.
The General Manager of KromAmericas, Chris Gordon, said the two companies were built around the same priorities: keeping the right products available and delivering strong customer and technical support. He expressed enthusiasm about the opportunities created by the acquisition for customers, partners, and teams.
