Lane Four Expands Salesforce Capabilities with Astralis Acquisition

Lane Four, backed by VSS Capital Partners, has acquired Astralis Consulting Services, the Salesforce consulting arm of Apps Associates. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Astralis helps organisations design, implement, and optimise Salesforce solutions, with expertise in CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and complex data and back-office integrations. Lane Four runs a complementary Salesforce consultancy.

The acquisition combines two Salesforce consulting businesses, extending Lane Four's reach across a wider set of clouds, capabilities, and end markets. It also adds Astralis's long-standing client relationships and enterprise architecture expertise.
