Lawnside Gets Its First 7 Brew Drive-Thru This Fall
A new drive-thru coffee stand is coming to Lawnside, NJ this fall. The 7 Brew location will occupy a pad site at 358 White Horse Pike that previously held an abandoned gas station. Construction on the prefabricated building began roughly six weeks after demolition and will target a fall opening before Thanksgiving.
The Lawnside stand sits near several businesses, including Home Depot, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Thirsty Turtle Tavern, and Super Wawa. 7 Brew relies on off-site construction of its core buildings, with the compact unit arriving largely assembled rather than being built from scratch on site.
As a drive-thru-only coffee concept, 7 Brew has expanded rapidly across South Jersey, opening over 700 locations nationwide since its founding in Arkansas in 2017. The chain's menu spans coffees, energy drinks, sodas, smoothies, shakes, teas, and lemonades, with more than 20,000 possible drink combinations.
The rapid rollout has been fueled by outside capital, including a growth equity stake acquired by private equity firm Blackstone in February 2024. Franchise Equity Partners also recently acquired a majority stake in 7 Crew, the chain's second-largest franchisee, committing capital to build over 200 new drive-thru locations.
