Leaders Club rewards travelers who stay at over 450 independent luxury hotels. Members earn one point per dollar spent on qualifying room rates, with no fixed chart for redemption but variable pricing based on property and date.

Bonus points can be earned via transfers from American Express (4:1) or Citi ThankYou (5:1 or 7:1), depending on the card. Points can also be earned through luxury travel partners like Virtuoso and American Express FHR, provided the membership number is linked.

Points expire after 24 months of inactivity, so regular use or transfers are essential to avoid losing them.
