LG Electronics has joined Nvidia's AI data center partner network as an official Power and Cooling partner. This partnership allows LG to expand its data center cooling business by reaching a broader channel of AI data center customers worldwide.

The company entered the data center cooling market in 2011 and has built up its lineup around large air-cooled and water-cooled chillers. Its 600-kilowatt and 1-megawatt CDUs have met Nvidia's technical requirements, making it the first South Korean company to do so.

LG Electronics' president of ES Business Company, Lee Jae-seong, stated that the NPN listing demonstrates the company's thermal management technology can meet the needs of next-generation AI data center infrastructure.
