Libra Secures $725k Strategic Financing for Québec Projects
Libra Energy Materials Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on critical minerals for green energy, has announced a strategic private placement of CMETC flow-through common shares.
The offering is led by Québec-based institutional investors SIDEX and NQ Mining Investment. The Offering consists of 5 million CMETC Shares at $0.145 per share, with gross proceeds of $725,000.
The funds will be used to incur 'Canadian exploration expenses' on the company's Québec projects, including newly acquired flagship projects Cisco West and Obamska in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region. The CMETC Shares issued under the Offering will qualify for the Canadian government's Critical Mineral Exploration Tax Credit.
