Libya's NOC Seals Deal with Chevron for Oil Exploration

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has signed a production-sharing agreement with Chevron as part of the implementation of the results of the 2025 bidding round. NOC Chairman Masoud Suleiman announced the agreement, which marks an important step toward exploring and developing Libya's oil resources.

Suleiman expressed hope that the partnership with Chevron would help boost production and investment while benefiting from the company's expertise and modern technologies in oil exploration and field development.
