Nvidia has transferred leadership of its Open Secure AI Alliance to the Linux Foundation, aiming to foster a neutral environment for open-source AI security collaboration.

The alliance was formed just last month and brings together companies like Broadcom, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise to develop open-source tools, standards, and defensive strategies for AI systems.

This initiative includes the Shared AI Findings Exchange (SAFE), designed to help organizations learn from AI-related security incidents and implement evidence-based protections.
