Lite Coms Chosen to Supply Tactical SATCOM Dishes for Australian Military
Lite Coms has been selected by Boeing Defence Australia to supply tactical satellite communication terminals for the Australian Defence Force's LAND 4140 modernization program. The agreement is part of a multi-year effort aimed at consolidating battlefield management platforms, targeting systems, and real-time data networks for Canberra's warfighters.
The Lite Coms LITE SAT 1.3A terminal features a carbon-fiber reflector dish that can be assembled tool-free in under 10 minutes and is designed to establish high-speed and secure satellite links in remote operational theaters. The company will deliver over 100 of these terminals, supporting beyond-line-of-sight connectivity across multi-band networks.
