Lite Coms to Equip Australian Military with Tactical SATCOM Terminals
Lite Coms has been selected by Boeing Defence Australia to supply tactical satellite communication terminals for the Australian Defence Force's LAND 4140 modernization program.
The multi-year effort, led by Boeing as primary integrator, aims to consolidate battlefield management platforms, targeting systems, and real-time data networks for Canberra's warfighters.
Under the agreement, Lite Coms will deliver over 100 of its proprietary LITE SAT 1.3A terminals, supporting beyond-line-of-sight connectivity across multi-band networks.
The lightweight system is engineered to be fielded in rugged military environments, enabling users to establish a high-speed and secure satellite link in remote operational theaters.
